Ironstone is a Microsoft Power Apps Partner

We are pleased to announce that we have become a certified Microsoft Power Apps partner. Whether you're evaluating business needs, looking for a custom solution, or need help getting started with Power Apps, we can help you.

At Ironstone, we believe there's a better way to implement IT in business, which is why we provide more valuable, less complex solutions that empower our customers’ businesses. Power Apps enables a broad range of app scenarios to be created that infuse digital transformation into manual and outdated processes.

We have expertise in both Power Apps and Power Automate, and here are some of the custom solutions that we have built so far:

Onboarding and Offboarding system for HR:
The application is designed to manage employee onboarding and offboarding through Power Apps and Power Automate. When using the app, HR can: Create user, Modify User, Delete User, Assign licenses, Remove Licenses, Add user to Group, Remove user from Group, add a user to particular Teams, remove users from Teams. In addition to having offboarding capabilities with automation and approvals.

Teams Governance and Management portal:
Teams is an important collaboration tool, and governance can be challenging. Users can create multiple teams, which can bring some admin overhead when it comes to management and control. We have created a solution where the users can order a new team with given naming conventions, followed by an approval process where admin will decide if the team should be created or not.

End-users can also add/remove members using this application, and you can design the internal folder structure of SharePoint to avoid data loss.

Idea Management portal:
Using this application, users in an organization can publish their ideas to their department or manager. Further, the manager can review the idea and share feedback with the user. You can also track cost, time, and resources with this application.

We also offer Consultation/support on migrating to Power Apps from legacy applications such as Lotus Notes and automating solutions via Power Automate and UI Flow. Don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to know more about how we can support you.
