Service Description: Best Place to Work

This page describes the services included in the monthly price of Ironstone’s Managed Client Solution; Best Place to Work.

General Terms
• All users with access to Best Place to Work are licensed for all described functionality 
• Our knowledge base is included and available for all your end-users, you can freely copy any content for internal use
• Includes all the new features, services, and policy changes we develop for the solution 
• Implementation of new Microsoft features in your tenant is included, based on our best practices 
• A customer-defined Proof of Concept covers initial configuration 
• Requested changes after final Proof of Concept configuration sign-off and go-live, are billed per hour 
• Customer and industry-specific solution deployments and projects, are billed per hour 
• User training and workshops are not included and billed per hour

Ironstone believes that a well-documented environment is important for any customer, therefore we strive to deliver fully automated configuration documentation that is updated daily and delivered to you with full transparency. As a valued customer, you will have access to customer-specific documentation, which is continuously updated and with revision management.

Today, we offer automated documentation for;
• Any Modern Device Management and Modern Application Management (Intune) configuration available through Microsoft APIs
• Any User, group and organization policy (Azure AD) configuration available through Microsoft APIs
• Automated Print documentation

In addition;
• Development of custom automated documentation on request
• Included if reusable to multiple customers

We always strive to improve and continuously add new automated documentation to our solutions.
